NEW YORK, NEW YORK (June 29th, 2016): Atlas Music Publishing Chief Creative Officer, Jennifer Blakeman, today announced the appointment of highly-accomplished creative executive, Paige Parsons. Parsons joins Atlas as VP of A&R, based in the company’s Los Angeles office. She will report to Richard Stumph and will be tasked with managing writer relations for the publishing firm’s current roster, as well as identifying, acquiring, and developing new and established talent.
Blakeman states, “Paige is the #1 draft pick of publishing creatives. Her reputation as an excellent publisher and songwriter-advocate, with over a decade of experience, is of great benefit to both the Atlas team as well as its songwriters.”

Her signings, pitches, and collaboration efforts have resulted in hit placements with artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Little Mix, Fifth Harmony, Hey Violet, Christina Aguilera, Mary J. Blige, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, Rihanna, 5 Seconds of Summer, Magic!, Big Sean, B.o.B., Trey Songz, Nicki Minaj, and Flo Rida.
Prior to joining Kobalt in 2008, Parsons oversaw creative operations for Arthouse Entertainment, a publishing and management firm, where she serviced clients Kara DioGuardi, Greg Wells, David Hodges, Eman, Mitch Allan, James Poyser, and KC Livingston. Formerly, she worked as an international song plugger for EMI Music Publishing in New York. Since 2009, Parsons has held the position of Adjunct Professor for the Music and Entertainment Industries Program of Syracuse University.
